Print Approval

Print production approval
A design agency's colour target is often only in a digital format
and based on the four colour process. This may be reasonable
for an illustrated design but when brand colours are important
and may need to be integrated into the illustration then a digital
proof is only a guideline. The industrial print production will
be the only true interpretation of the design. Approving a design
in a print environment, using a mix of different print techniques,
is difficult to the untrained eye and requires an understanding
of the industrial printing capabilities and limitations to ensure
a good translation of the design reference. Ord Associates has
the scope and knowledge to approve and "sign off"
all packaging types and print techniques on behalf of a client.
This will enhance brand consistency and enable an industrial
colour standard to be set for each packaging type.
Pre-Print approval
If you do not have on-site facilities and personnel to administer
the pre-print process, Ord Associates extensive experience in
pre-print, can facilitate on behalf of the client and coordinate
the approval steps required (contract proof, chromatin, digital
or print process proof). |
